SB Specialty Metals has closed on an asset purchase agreement with Eagle Metals Steel & Services, 119 Bond St, Elk Grove Village IL. SB Specialty Metals has hired all of the former Eagle Metals employees to ensure a smooth and seamless transition and will continue operations at the Elk Grove Village location.

Eagle Metals is a well-established tool steel and alloy/carbon plate distributor and processor. Eagle has a full line of cutting, grinding and plate burning capabilities. Combining this operation with SB Specialty Metals extensive resources will strengthen both organizations and expand product and processing capabilities to new and existing customers.
