PSB67 added to premium products

SB Specialty Metals has added another material to the premium products line. PSB67 is a premium, ESR melted version of the popular DIN Standard 1.2367. ESR is a secondary refining melt operation that optimizes the structure and cleanliness of the material. PSB 67 offers better toughness and heat resistance compared to standard H13 in forge die life. In automotive hot forging applications, PSB67 has improved die life and increased uptime, both key areas in optimizing forging operations. PSB 67 is available through SB Specialty Metals Service Centers and is stocked in round diameters 1” through 7-1/2”.
