440C
440C is a stainless tool steel characterized by high wear resistance and excellent corrosion resistance.
Available in the following sizes:
- Sheet: 0.135" through 0.207" thick.
- Sheet sizes are 24" widths x 36" long.
- Cut blanks available.
CPM MagnaCut
CPM Magnacut is a powder metallurgy stainless tool steel designed to eliminate chromium carbide in the heat treated microstructure.
Available in the following sizes:
- Sheet: 0.125" through 0.250" thick.
- Sheet sizes are 24" wide x 36" long.
- Cut blanks available.
CPM154
CPM 154 is a powder metallurgy version of 154 CM, which gives it better grinding and polishing properties plus better toughness.
Available in the following sizes:
- Sheet: 0.093" through 0.250" thick.
- Sheet sizes are 24" width X 36" long.
- Cut blanks are available.
154CM
154 CM is a modification of 440C to which Molybdenum has been added.
Available in the following sizes:
- Sheet: 0.135" through 0.207" thick.
- Sheet sizes are 24" wide X 36" long.

CPM S35VN
CPM S35VN is a martensitic stainless steel designed to offer improved toughness over CPM S30V.
Available in the following sizes:
- Sheet: 0.135" through 0.227" thick.
- Sheet sizes are 24" wide X 36" long.
- Cut blanks are available.
CPM3V
CPM 3V is made by the particle metallurgy process and is designed to provide maximum resistance to breakage and chipping in a highly wear resistant tool steel.
Available in the following sizes:
- Sheet: 0.103" through 0.265" thick.
- Sheet sizes are 24" width X 36" long
- Cut blanks are available.
CTS-BD1
CTS BD1 is a high carbon-chromium knifes steel that provides stainless properties with high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
Available in the following sizes:
- Sheet: 0.103" through 0.135" thick.
- Sheet sizes are 12" wide X 72" long.
- Cut blanks are available.
PD#1
PD#1 is a high toughness, high wear resistance powder metallurgy tool steel.
Available in the following sizes:
- Sheet: 0.207" through 0.265" thick.
- Sheet sizes are 24" wide X 36" long.
- Cut blanks are available.
CTS-204P
CTS 204P is a highly wear and corrosion resistant, martensitic stainless knife steel produced using the powder metallurgy process.
Available in the following sizes:
- Sheet: 0.135" through 0.207" thick.
- Sheet sizes are 24" wide X 36" long.
- Cut blanks are available.
PSB 27 - Knife
PSB 27 is a chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium alloyed cold work tool steel (AISI D2 analysis +) produced using the Spray Forming Powder Metallurgy Process.
Available in the following sizes:
- Sheet: .125" through .263" thick.
- Sheet sizes are 24" wide X 72" long.
- Cut blanks are available.
A2
A2 is characterized by moderate wear resistance combined with good toughness.
Available in the following sizes:
- Sheet: 0.093" through 0.250" thick.
- Sheet sizes are 32" wide x 84" long.
- Cut blanks are available.
D2
D2 is a high wear, 12% chromium, conventional tool steel
Available in the following sizes:
- Sheet: 0.145" through 0.219" thick.
- Sheet sizes are 36" wide X 100" long.
- Cut blanks are availalble.
O1
O1 is an oil hardening, cold work tool steel.
Available in the following sizes.
- Sheet: 0.093" through 0.250" thick.
- Sheet sizes are 12" wide X 36" long.
